The hotel room was very outdated and small with a fully equipped kitchen. Surprisingly, it had a QUEEN bed which ISN'T EVEN AN OPTION on the Westgate Park Resort website. However, it was convenient for storing 4 adults' ski boots and 4 adults' clothing.

Rooms
6.0
The room was small and outdated, but the fully equipped kitchen was a plus. The QUEEN bed was a pleasant surprise, although not listed on the website.
Service

The service could n't bring our skis to the lobby for us to load in the car, but the overall service was good beyond any other place we ever stayed.
Location

The hotel location is looking a bit worn, but it's excellent, especially now that Park City and The Canyons are connected. Being close to the ski lifts was very convenient.

There were limitations to dining options, especially due to the absence of breakfast being served. However, there were alternatives nearby such as Murdock's and the ski school.

Upon arrival, our room wasn't ready, causing a delay in checking in, which was a bit inconvenient. Although the room was nice, it felt cramped for our group size. The pricing didn't quite match the room quality.

Rooms
6.0
The room was nice but too small for the number of travelers in our group.
Service
7.0
Service in various parts of the property was pleasant but seemed overwhelmed and unprepared for the resort's capacity.
Location
8.0
The location is excellent, especially in proximity to the gondola, but it was a bit loud and not as preferred. The resort being in Canyons, not Park City mountain, was a downside.
Dining
7.0
Dining options were abundant, particularly at Murdock's and the gondola, but the overall experience was not entirely enjoyable due to the freezing conditions.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were adequate, but improvements could enhance the overall experience.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms had a gorgeous design that perfectly fit the ski town vibe, offering a mix of privacy and comfort. The service was friendly and helpful, although there were moments where the staff seemed a bit inexperienced. The location was superb with great views and easy access to the gondola. The dining options were limited, but the complimentary offerings were a nice touch. Overall, a great experience with some minor areas for improvement.

However, the dining options were limited, and neither restaurant served breakfast.

The hotel rooms were outstanding, with gorgeous design everywhere that perfectly fit the tone of the ski town we were staying in. However, they are no longer worthy of the price. The service was the friendliest and most helpful I've ever encountered, but it felt like the staff were nice but not trained properly. The location was great for our planned activities, allowing me to just walk out of the hotel and be at ski school dropping off my children in less than 5 minutes. Dining options were limited, with only a small coffee counter in the lobby, and neither restaurant served breakfast. The complimentary fruit buffet was a nice touch.

I had a fun stay with the kids at the hotel. The rooms were good, featuring a full kitchen, steam shower, and a comfortable bed, making the stay very nice. However, there was only one bathrobe provided, and the front desk was not very helpful in giving directions regarding passes for parks in the area.

Rooms
8.0
The rooms were good, had a full kitchen, steam shower, and a comfortable bed, making the stay enjoyable for me and my kids.
Service
6.0
The service at the hotel was friendly, but there was some confusion, and they seemed very eager to sell a timeshare, which felt a bit rude. The 'adult relaxing pool' was not so relaxing with kids splashing around.
Location

The location of the hotel is great, especially now that Park City and The Canyons are connected, allowing easy access to that whole resort without needing transportation. It was convenient being near the Canyons Gondola and close to Park City's Main Street.
Dining

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The room I stayed in was incredibly small and crowded, lacking some essential features like a fireplace and a full kitchen, but it did offer a steam shower and a massive tub. The service was very nice, with friendly staff available around the clock. The location was fantastic, especially with easy access to Park City's Main Street and the nearby resorts. The dining options were limited to a small coffee counter, which was a bit disappointing. The facilities were decent overall, but there were some drawbacks.

The hotel location is excellent, so close to the gondola and within walking distance of everything in Canyons Village. The rooms weren't ready upon arrival, but once settled, they were comfortable and clean. The service was top-notch with kind and cheery staff members. The dining options were limited, only offering a small coffee counter in the lobby. The facilities were well-maintained with easy access to the ski lifts. However, the location was a bit loud for my liking.
